    Due to food safety reasons, all products sold by Smilest are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • A photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
